The seminar explored alternative health cultures in different global contexts.
Seminar was organized by Tampere University Research Centre for Knowledge, Science, Technology and Innovation Studies (TaSTI) in collaboration with School of Social Policy at the University of Birmingham. Keynote speaker Caragh Brosnan from University of Newcastle, Australia. Other speakers included e.g. Jenny-Ann Brodin Danell (Umeå University, Sweden) and Nicola Gale (University of Birmingham, UK).
