    Local coordinator for building FIRI-funded FinEstBeaMS beamline at MAX IV Laboratory

    Finland and Estonia are designing, constructing and commissioning a research beamline with two end-stations (gas phase and solid state) at MAX IV Laboratory synchrotron radiation facility in Lund, Sweden. The project is funded by Academy of Finland FIRI-funding. The consortium includes TUT, Oulu University and Turku University. Mika Hirsimäki is responsible for TUT's contribution: the solid state materials research station.
