Description
The AstroSlicer toolkit enables transforming astrocyte morphologies into adjustable point clouds and precisely selecting nanoprocesses either from meshes or point clouds. In addition, AstroSlicer provides functionality for slicing the mesh structures into desired number of segments equal either in surface area or volume.
