Description
After compression experiments (control samples were not subjected to compression) samples were fixed with 4% PFA and immunostained for YAP1. Samples were imaged with Nikon A1R mounted in inverted Nikon Ti-E body (Nikon, Tokyo, Japan) with Plan Apo VC 20x DIC (Nikon) objective.1024x1024 pixels, pixel size 180 nm, Z-step 975 nmChannel 1 (405nm) = DAPI Channel 2 (488nm) = occludin-mEmerald Channel 3 (561nm) = YAP1
