SMASH-HCM API Template

In many research projects, people use diverse toolchains with different programming languages like Python, R, MATLAB, C and C++. While these tools are great, but integrating them into a unified pipeline can be challenging due to differences in runtime environment, data formats and communication protocols.
To make this easier, we developed a modular, containerized system SmashAppTemplate using Docker. It allows seamless interaction between different programming environments through standardised API protocols.
