Stabilizing Light-Responsive Azobenzene Films in Aqueous Environment with Thin Polymer Coatings

This is the dataset containing raw data for a research article “Stabilizing Light-Responsive Azobenzene Films in Aqueous Environment with Thin Polymer Coatings”, submitted to “Soft Matter” journal.

All the results presented in the article are based on the data included in this dataset. The data includes material characterization with atomic force microscopy (AFM), digital holographic microscope (DHM), profilometry, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, different optical microscopes (polarized optical microscope, light microscope, confocal microscope) and diffraction efficiency (DE) measurements. Both raw data and analyzed data are included in the datasets. All datasets include README.txt file, which provide additional info about the experimental settings and data analysis.
