Aerosol physics laboratory

Aerosol Physics Laboratory space and facilities are located at the Hervanta Campus of Tampere University. We have a high-quality aerosol and trace gas measurement infrastructure, including several real-time particle size spectrometers, an Orbitrap mass spectrometer, and several mass spectrometers with atmospheric sampling inlets. The Aerosol Physics Laboratory also hosts the traceable particle number concentration standard in Finland. Most of our infrastructure is mobile and can be used in field measurements or measurement campaigns at other laboratories all over the world.
