Description

Signal Processing Department’s imaging core facility for mammalian cells located in Tietotalo building, TC313. It offers state-of-the-art imaging system for computational and signal processing scientist. This infrastructures offers to investigate gene expression, mitochondria and cellular compartmentalization in eukaryotic cells, and develops novel signal and image processing techniques for these aims. In addition, several lab-cum theory courses and trainings are running using the infrastructure. Responsible for Biolaboratory TC313 is Adjunct professor/Research fellow Meenakshisundaram Kandhavelu (phone +358417488772, http://www.cs.tut.fi/~kandhave/index.html).
