Hi there! I am Iida Kallio, a doctoral researcher at Tampere University. I work in the Faculty of Education and Culture on several different projects. I was part of a commissioned study by the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture, completed in 2025 (VOITTO: Support and Integration of Immigrant Students Transitioning from Preparatory Education to Basic Education). I am now working in the SILTA project funded by the Teacher Training Forum (Transition Phase Inclusion Practices and Collaboration in Professional Development) as well as in the PATHWAYS project funded by the Research Coucil of Finland (Learning, Engaging, Participating: Exploring Newly Arrived Migrant Students' Pathways in Education and Society).
