I am a professor of statistics and data analysis at Tampere University, Faculty of Information Technology and Communication Sciences, unit of Computing Sciences. I am the leader of the Statistical Machine Learning and Exploratory Data Analysis (SMiLE) research group. I am a member of the Academy of Finland Center of Excellence in Game Culture Studies.
