Research interests
I'm currently working on my doctoral dissertation in a research project, funded by Kone Foundation, in which we study the History of the Finnish Baby Box. More about our project: https://projects.tuni.fi/aitiyspakkauksenkokemushistoria/in-english/
My research focuses on sociomaterial experiences of maternity care in postwar Northern Finland. In addition, my theoretical and methodological interests lie in material and embodied histories, Anthropology, and research ethics.
