Profile information

Kateryna Suprun is a Researcher at Higher Education Group, Faculty of Management and Business at the Tampere University. Her research focuses on implementation of the performance-based funding policy in Ukrainian higher education.

Before joining the Tampere University, Kateryna worked as an Acting Head of Digital Transformation Expert Group at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. She possesses extensive expertise in public policy, higher education funding, governance, management, quality assurance, intergovernmental relations, economics and research of higher education, and digital transformation. Kateryna has a solid track record of project and product management at various levels of education, and managing education in emergency in developing countries.
