Personal profile

Profile information

I am a senior researcher focusing on emerging technologies and their adoption in organisations and in society in the service sector.  For instance, I study robotics in elderly care and commercial services, artificial intelligence in healthcare organisations and regulatory and governmental issues related to the implementation of technology in the public sector. My research draws from both computer science and interdiscliplinary social sciences. Currently I am fascinated by the theories of socio-technical transition, digital transformation and technology adoption as lenses to explain and predict the technological change.
