Photonics is widely used in our everyday lives and industry, significantly protecting our well-being, health, environment, and resources. This project aims to develop sustainable and renewable biomaterials (mainly cellulose- and nano-cellulose) based photonic devices for sustainable ICT solutions (e.g., imaging, communication, and sensing).
