试论创业型大学的评价体系

This paper discusses the evaluation system of entrepreneurial universities from the perspective of their evolution. Considering that the focus of entrepreneurial universities has extended from economic benefits and social value to sustainable development, we have adopted the spectrum of university paradigms as the analytical framework. The paper has conducted a comparison and analysis of the three influential entrepreneurial university evaluation systems in the world, including the Global Entrepreneurial University Metrics (GEUM) proposed by Henry Etzkowitz's research team, the HEInnovate of the European Union, and the accreditation metrics of the ACEEU. Based on this, the paper proposes an integrated evaluation framework for entrepreneurial universities, aimed at a more comprehensive evaluation of the multidimensional entrepreneurial universities.
