Abstract

A system comprises a sensor (100) comprising a frame (110), a first (120), a second (121) and a third (122) conductive electrode arranged in and/or on the frame (110), in which sensor (100) each of the three electrodes (120, 121, 122) is electrically insulated from the other electrodes. Said frame (110) comprises textile or fabric, and said electrodes (120, 121, 122) are arranged in parallel in the frame (110). The system further comprises a measuring unit (460) configured to measure at least one capacitance of the sensor in such a way that the capacitance of the electrode (120, 121, 122) is measured with respect to at least one adjacent electrode (121, 122, 120). Furthermore, the use of the sensor and a method for measuring a capacitance by the presented sensor. Further, a method for measuring the movements of a human body.
