abstract = "In this research paper, motivated by the concept of complex hypercube, a novel class of complex Hadamard matrices are proposed. Based on such class of matrices, a novel transform, called complex Hadamard transform is discussed. In the same spirit of this transform, other complex transforms such as complex Haar transform are proposed. It is expected that these novel complex transforms will find many applications. Also, the associated complex valued orthogonal functions are of theoretical interest.",
