Abstract

Documentation of sources is an important means of quality assurance in terminological work, especially in collaborative projects. However, support of source documentation in terminology management systems is currently insufficient. In this article we discuss the general principles of source documentation in terminology work, types of data related to documentation of sources, different levels of detail of bibliographic data, minimal requirements for source documentation in terminology management systems as well as means of advanced support and customization of source management.
