Abstract

Rapidly flowing information is produced by the technology. The other thing is how people adopt technology and can harness the information and data to practices in the organization. Furthermore, what to do with that knowledge (Darroch, 2005, p. 111). The aim of the paper is to construct more comprehensive picture about the innovation process of the organization and introduce the designed process evaluation Innovator Action Grant Model (IAGM) tool. The tool guides the individual to process innovation challenges that the organization meets. The path model unveils the barriers and opportunities in the innovation process, and guides the organization for the innovation strategy processing. According to four independent researches, there are untapped development resources in companies that could be utilized more actively. However, the different suggestions for practices and the tools on offer only have value when they are implemented and used in action, through dialogue in the organization.
