Abstract

To provide a sensor used as a pressure and/or force sensor.SOLUTION: A sensor (900) comprises: an elastic stretchable layer (050, 100, 200) of material having first Young's modulus (Y) and first yield strain (ε); at least a first elastic electrode (301) and a second elastic electrode (302) which are attached to the elastic stretchable layer (050, 100, 200) and arranged while separating from each other by a first distance (d,d); a flexible foil (500) having second Young's modulus (Y); and a conductive wiring (400) attached to the flexible foil (500). At least a part of the conductive wiring (400) is conductively coupled to the elastic electrodes (301) and (302), the first yield strain (ε) is at least 10%, the first Young's modulus (Y) is smaller than the second Young's modulus (Y) and thickness (t) of the flexible foil (500) is 0.5 mm at maximum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1e
