Abstract
The Glossary of Food Safety Terms is aimed at food domain experts, translators, interpreters and language trainers. It contains approximately 650 English and Finnish and approximately 750 Russian terms from the domain of food safety hazards and food safety management. Finnish-English, Russian-English and Chinese-English indexes can be found at the end of the book. The Glossary was compiled in the project Finnish Food Safety Expertise (Elintarviketurvallisuus vientituotteeksi), co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
