Abstract
The healthcare system is living a revolution without precedents. In a digitalized world, new tools are changing the traditional way that we have taken care of our health. Nowadays, the patient-provider relationship is no longer about superiority, but the patients are increasingly protagonists of their health. Social media are part of this change. In this chapter, we expose some ideas of how we can use them effectively to improve the management and treatment of patients with pain.
