Abstract
This paper concerns a robust control design for multi-loop operation of paralleled DC/DC converters in the presence of uncertainties. The system is composed of voltage-loop and current-loop subsystems. The PID controller is firstly designed to achieve the robust stability and robust performance of the voltage-loop. Then, the PI controller for the current-loop is designed to achieve the robust stability and robust performance of the overall system. The μ-analysis is used to evaluate the robustness of both controllers. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the control design procedure.
