In this interview with Daniel Fernandez Galeote we explore how we can approach gamification in education with care for the planet. Daniel Fernandez Galeote is a Doctoral Researcher at the Gamification Group, Tampere University. As an award-winning game designer, he has participated in the development of multiple playful experiences, including augmented and virtual reality games. Additionally, he has consulted in gamification projects for international companies. He has a background in journalism, having written and edited content for online media, magazines and books, including fiction. He has also professional experience in 3D art and animation. His current research explores public engagement with climate change and sustainable development through games and gamification.
