Data & code repository for the article "Computationally prioritized drugs inhibit SARS-CoV-2 infection and syncytia formation"

This repository contains the code, the data and the microscope raw images of the analysis described in the paper: "Computationally prioritized drugs inhibit SARS-CoV-2 infection and syncytia formation" "code_data.tar.gz" contains the source code and data of each step of the analysis. Each subfolder corresponds to a step and is named based on the execution order using an increasing number (steps with the same number do not depend on each other and can be executed in any order) "syncytia_images.tar.gz" contains the raw images used to train the deep learning segmentation model
