Finnish Government media conferences during first phase of Covid-19

The dataset contains transcripts of the Finnish Government COVID-19 related media conferences (43 conferences) during spring 2020. The written texts in word-format are transcripts of the Goverment's openly published videomaterial that was accessed via open Youtube-channel. The original data are videos, that were produced by Prime Minister's Office. These videos are not included in this dataset. The data composition and transcripts that are available and included in this openly published dataset are produced by NEGATE research project. The transcripts contain Government representatives' and various experts' speech as well as the media's questions to Government.
