Kuvaus
To measure the optical aberrations caused by different silicone films, we used the full width at half maximum (FWHM) method. 0.2 µm Ø fluorescent FluoSpheres™ Invitrogen, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA were adsorebd to the surface of different silicone membranes by physisorption. These point like objects were imaged with Zeiss LSM 780 confocal microscope with C-Apochromat 40x/1.20 W Korr M27 objective.
