Mushrooms dataset

The "Dataset.zip" archive contains Ion Mobility Spectrometry readings of yellow foot, black chanterelle and mix of them. The files in the dataset are in the csv-format. Each mushroom dataset contains folder "ground truth" where authors placed "pickle"-files with the ground truth change points (more about ground truth in the manuscript).

The "Algorithms.zip" archive contains implemented change point algorithms. Each file is python class with implemented algorithm with and without exclusion technique.

Document "Supplementary_material.pdf" contains plotted results of each algorithm for all datasets.
