RNA sequencing data of MRC-5 lung fibroblast exposed to Bleomycin, TGFB-1 and Trimellitic Anhydride

This collection includes normalized count matrices of three RNA-seq datasets of MRC5-5 fibroblasts exposed to Bleomycin, TGF-β1, and Trimellitic Anhydride over 24, 48, and 72 hours. There are two types of files: raw count matrix and phenodata, specific to each chemical exposure.
