Grant researcher of the Doctoral Program Humans and Technologies at Tampere University, and member of the Swedish Institute Network for Future Global Leaders. Inspired by the advocacy of the Center for Humane Technology, I investigate the phenomenon of digital self-control to help gain a sense of control over one’s digital life. Particular research interest lies in the ability to enhance awareness of control-related concerns occurring within digital environments. I currently focus on interventions grounded in perceptual positive control.
