Concepts, Frameworks, and Resources for Design Ethics Education in HCI

Abstrakti

As a result of ongoing ethical awakening in the field of digital technology, communities related to computer science are facing a challenge of introducing relevant elements of ethics and responsibility in their curricula. Based on recent personal experience of developing higher education related to ethics of digital technology, this position paper proposes a selection of concepts, frameworks, and resources that I’ve found to be relevant for developing ethical awareness for HCI experts.
