N2 - This report sets out the approach to conducting the use-cases that are central to WP4. The objectives of the use-cases, as set out in the original proposal, are to “provide: (a) strong empirical investigation on the RRI openings for each use case, (b) assessment of the reliability and the applicability of the simulation tool developed by WP3.” The cases to be investigated are instances of additive manufacturing (AM) technologies itself, the use of AM technologies to produce components or other inputs (e.g. tooling) to two application areas: automotive and medical.
