Abstrakti

The data value chain transforms raw data into insights that drive decision-making and improve effectiveness. WHO supports countries in strengthening health data systems for personalized care. The Wellbeing Services County (WSC) of Kanta-Häme in Finland develops a person-centered data model in a project funded by the EU's Next Generation program. The model combines healthcare and social service events, needs, experiences, and cost data. It addresses the needs for system-level knowledge management and impact assessment. It organizes the data into a person-centered entity, which is utilized, among other things, in registry research that examines users and usage of digital services.
