Abstrakti
A model was created to evaluate the pressure coefficient of resistance for a thick film resistor based on the literature. The model was used in the development of a new kind of pressure sensor. The model and the pressure sensor were tested in the simulation as well as in laboratory tests. It can be concluded that both the model and the sensor are performing as intended.
